Tema manufactures and sales X-ray protection aprons and accessories since more then 10 years.

All Tema Individual Protective Devices (D.P.I.). (Aprons and Accessories) are characterized by the innovative protective material composed by a silicone mix without lead-powders named “SILANT®”. This technical innovation has allowed a weight reduction of the protective devices (about 30%) compared with the traditional leaded materials and solve any problems regarding lead-selling off. It is also the sole that can be sterilized by autoclave at 120°C.

Our complete range of products is not link to standard models but is flexible according to each single need of sanitary operators.

We are able to provide aprons and accessories that give the best care to the user:

each product can be manufactured  according to the personal exigence of the operator in order to respect size, color and personalization.

TEMA S.R.L., as manufacturer of x-ray protective material, is able to repair, re-line or restore the aprons, accessories and glasses also after the expiry date of warranty.

TEMA S.R.L. is so able to provide the substitution of each single component of the aprons (such as the internal lining, the external material, the seams, Velcro® maintaining unchanged the integrity of the internal material) and of the glasses of its own production (frame, crystal lens).

TEMA Individual Protective Devices are washable using a common proteolitic detergent and/or  in autoclave up to 120° C.

All the D.P.I., glasses included, have obtained CE MARK according to the European Law 89/686 : CE MARK is given on the final assembled glass/ apron/accessory and not only on each single component.
